- Let the Leader first start by examining himself; Is he all that he can be? Sometimes the only change required to improve the strength of the unit, is the strength of the leader himself
- Let it be that those who are willing to learn be given the chance to; and force not those who does not want to learn to do so. No one can change anyone else without that person's willingness. As leaders, what we can do to tranform our men, is to provide for those willing to listen and learn, forcing no one against his will.
